I am a 49 years old woman, I have had a few symptoms of type 2 diabetes. Before I went in for an investigation I looked back at what I was doing wrong. I was exercising 3 to 4 times a week, had the normal amount of stress that a working academician has but my diet was wrong I was used to eating cookies, cakes and the final blow happened when I started taking cartons of juices. I happened to come across Dr. Berg's videos and gradually learnt about Keto and intermittent fasting. I weighed around 74kg at the beginning of my keto and IF in February. Now, I weigh 63 kgs and I had my investigations as fasting postprandial and HB A1c in July it was 5.3 I don't have a pre-post comparison of this data since I didn't want to begin with the stress of knowing my values or having a diagnosis of diabetes hanging around me. The changes I have seen are; my symptoms of hunger and craving are not there and I am able to differentiate between the two weight loss without too much fatigue. The change in my diet for the better quality of foods that I take are now better. I am glad to have learnt so much from your videos that have helped me.
