Result of intermediate fasting experience by me

Respected Dr Berg, I came across your YouTube channel and listened about Insulin resistance and intermittent fasting. I am suffering from type 2 diabetes for a long time. I used to have a rash on my hip portion every evening time, and by night each cyst getting enlarged. After watching your video, I started to practice the intermittent fasting method.  And the result in 4 days is candida disappeared and cysts are decreasing in size. I am from my bottom of my heart too much thankful and grateful.  SIR THANKS A LOT!
