probably fatty liver
By: gunnar ehrke
Hello, it's not a success story yet but today your video about fatty liver blew my mind. I m doing a lot of BJJ in Germany, but I am always injured or in discomfort which makes me pause a lot. It started years ago with an ammonia-like stench of my sweat. I didn't really research it intensively cause no one else seemed to smell it. (although I already googled a liver problem since there are so many possibilities, I didn't take it seriously, doctors are utterly useless in the diagnosis here in Germany). Also, punches seemed to hurt a little bit more in my abdominal region than before, especially in the liver region. I never noticed punches there before and I linked it to my age of 36 and the proper technics of my new trainer. I am dealing with tendonitis right now and don't train because of this.
Today, my mind was blown by Dr. Berg when he said that THE RIGHT SHOULDER TENSION gets higher accompanied by pain cause the fatty liver needs more space. I was always eating a lot of carbs and sweets, especially in the last year. Since I was training daily, I thought it wasn't a big deal.
I started to fast 4 days ago and I have already started to feel better mentally. I am going to break the fast in 10 days with keto intermittent fasting and see where the journey goes from there. Thank you a lot and best regards Gunnar
