Pound it out.

So I was in a very miserable condition before I decided to lead a healthy lifestyle and to get rid of my body fat.
I weighed around 166 pounds and I had anxiety issues which were elevated with time. So I decided to commit to myself to make a huge and long-term change in my lifestyle.
I started working out daily eating a very low-calorie diet which didn't get me anywhere. I decided to talk to a trainer and through him, I got knowledge about calorie deficit and the key to achieving a healthy and long-term healthy diet plan.
It's been 2 years since I started my transformation. I went from 166 pounds to 122 pounds as my height is 5feet 2inches. Through this transformation, I have learned the importance of a healthy calorie deficit, consistency in your diet and workouts, discipline in your sleep schedule, etc. so this was my story of "pound it out".
