Postpartum weight loss with Keto

Six months after giving birth to my beautiful daughter, I weighed 180 lbs. I was doing my own personal research on YouTube on weight loss and I stumbled on your videos. I decided to lose weight and adopt a healthy eating habit. I am proud of my journey. 7 months of low carb diet and keto without exercise was not a challenge at all. I hate cardio, the only exercise I do is running errands. Being sugar-free was the best decision I ever made for my body. No cravings, no hunger, no cheat days, and the best thing is eating fresh homemade meals cooked from scratch. I lost 33lbs and I feel really energized. Thanks very much, Dr. Berg!
