Underlying causes - this is why I listen to Dr. Berg every day. One of the greatest aspects of aging, for me, has been learning more about myself: what makes me healthy, what can I do to make my body efficient, how do I avoid illness. Logic dictates that what we eat, how we eat, and how we live can affect our health. I noticed in my 30s I was beginning to have chronic health problems: heart burn, headaches, obesity. I corrected every problem with diet. I cut back on sugar, (sodas, candy, cake, ice cream, etc.) I learned that there is a direct link between what I eat with how I feel. The Keto diet for me has been a clever trick to getting me to eat more veggies. By cutting out carbs, and sugars, you leave a void which has to be filled, so naturally I fill it with healthier foods. Fasting has also played a part. I'm a OMAD person. For me, this has made my body more efficient. I've become someone who rarely gets sick. Cold and flu symptoms are fleeting. I indeed have increase my mental capacity, and all of these improvements have ushered in a profound spiritual peace. Thank you for helping us to lead healthy lives!
