Phase 1 of my road to better health

4 months of Keto / IF and I have lost enough fat to start to see ab muscle. I am also doing light exercise, gradually increasing. I think I would be looking very flabby without the exercise. Gone from 240 to 195 and while I won't lose as much weight in the next 4 months, I bet I will continue to show more ab muscle and less fat. The whole deal is to focus on the fitness and the look and feel will just follow. I am almost looking like my high school weight and I am 50. I was obese 3 months ago, now I am at the high end of normal. That is kind of amazing and no diet ever came close to these results before. I just simply knocked out nearly all sugar and most carbs. I still eat a lot of food that I love. I only wish I had discovered it sooner. It sounds laughable but I can tie my shoe without feeling like I'm about to die. Moreover, I can stand on one leg, pick up my other leg and tie my shoe with my foot in the air. Compared to my previous self its like I'm a super hero discovering new powers. So do the exercise, its good for you and makes you feel better. But the Keto/IF just stripped the excess fat off of me and it was rather easy once I got going.
