My keto journey has started in June 2020.

My primary goal of mine was willing to be more beautiful and fit. In March-April, my weight was 68.5 kgs, but on the photo attached it was 66.5 kgs (171 cm h.).

Before I found out about IF & Keto, I had tried this diet of eating little but frequently. I lost 1-2 kgs, but I always felt hungry, I was in a bad mood, so I then gave up on it, looking for another way to lose weight.

One day, something interesting came to me, it was IF & Keto. I'd even say it's the real REVOLUTION in the world of diets! Just imagine, you should better fast, skip your breakfast (the later you eat your first meal the better it is), focus on fats, then proteins, and about 5-10% carbs! I was like, hm, why not give it a try? And I did.

Certainly, I needed some time to, you know, 'keto-adaptation'. And I am so happy to have once tried it, and honestly, I don't want to give that up! I've lost 13 kgs, I skip the usual breakfast (I always eat my first meal at 2+ pm, and I am totally OK with the 48-h fasting, feeling really great!).

Now, my weight is 55-57 kg, and I'm growing my muscles. Let me tell you more, I can do squats with the 78 kgs on the smith machine! IF & Keto benefits which I'm so satisfied with are that

1.) I've lost weight

2.) I don't feel hungry

3.) Good mood

4.) Improved health (for example, my immune system is way stronger than it was)

5.) Confidence and strength.

I do definitely recommend IF & Keto to all of you willing to lose weight, improve your health, and just maintain your life routine in the best possible way it can be!
