"Started a year ago on the 24th of this month. Weight was 183. Now ranging from 152 to 154! I put on lots of muscle mass. I work out religiously and lift heavy. I have gotten so strong to where I can do pull ups and dips without any assistance. I do 16/8 IF. I rarely weigh myself. I haven't lost anymore weight lately but my inches are constantly melting and I'm in a size 6 pants from size 11. Don't give up it takes time. Now I'm trying to lose the rest of this puffa for my two piece this summer. Any suggestions! "
