I have been struggling with my weight when I entered adulthood. I have tried different approaches to dieting and exercise. From eating small amounts of food every 2 hours. Enrolling myself in a gym to exercise 3 times a week in which leaves me body aches, which I cannot endure. I even stopped eating rice as they say it is the culprit and instead eat a lot of bread. I only learned to realize that I was doing it the wrong way when I stumbled upon your YouTube video on what is ketosis. That video got me hooked in watching more of Dr. Eric Berg’s video one after the other. I followed everything to the dot. Although expensive here in the Philippines. I realized that our grocery stores should start leaving and selling keto more. I am now and struggling to get out of the plateau weight I am in right now. But what is important is I know what food is good for me and my body. Because I totally agree with Dr. Berg that we must be healthy to lose weight. Thank you Dr. Berg.
