Now 98 kg , 95 cm in waist , full of energy

Here's my one-year way. 185 cm height, 176 kg. 146 cm in waist, colon cancer, diabetes 2, gout .... ready to leave this world Now 98 kg, 95 cm in waist, full of energy and ready to carry the ball I have two full academy courses under the belt. Military Institute of foreign languages ( Portuguese - English ), 5 years in Africa and Military Medical Academy 1991-1997 ( endocrinology, disease manager, and drug prescriber ). In 1996 I was lucky to attend a seminar on Sports and Endocrinology in Kyiv where some huge American endocrinologists were present and that's when I started to ask the right questions. In 1999 at the age of 11 my son took up ice hockey but it was too late ....he was expelled. It was a huge challenge ...the kid was mad about playing hockey. I decided to help him. To cut a long story short I quit my job and in 2006 we made a Russian national squad ( 1988 year born ). It was a miracle! After the World Championship in Sweden, he was drafted by the Devils. For the following 7 years, I was along with him in North America. In 2013 I had to return to Russia to get a new passport as the old one expired. That's when the nightmare kicked off ...... parents' death and so forth ...troubles never come singly. I was stuck in stress and voila. One year ago my son had severe trauma and his hockey career ended abruptly. It's a huge advantage when you have nowhere to go but up. I knew how to make a "monster" out of a small kid ( 6'3 and 220 lb lean mass hyper responder but had no idea what to do in my case . Thanks to you I'm back ....alive and kicking. I've made notes of all your stuff and the guys you invited like Dave Feldman for instance . 200 pages in small handwriting of the true knowledge how to heal people .
