Not since high school
By: Bryan Shadrix
I’m 47 years old and for most of my adult life I’ve hovered around 205 lbs. and had been on blood pressure pills for about 10 years. Diabetes runs in the family but hadn’t reached me yet. In September of 2020, I stopped drinking soda and began slowly changing my diet to closely (as possible) model the healthy keto. Within 6 months, I dropped 2 pants sizes and the doctor took me off of blood pressure meds. My weight got to 172 at its lowest and I haven’t been there since high school. Also ran my first 5k ever. Dr. Berg videos have been a huge help. Thanks doc!
