Not my normal weigh-in day, but I am officially down 100 pounds as of today! SD: 3/22/18 SW: 314 CW: 214 Strict/Clean keto IF everyday 16:8 Exercise 4 - 5 days a week - mostly cardio with strength training mixed in still a ways to go till I’m at my goal weight, but I am super proud of myself thus far!
