Thank you for the informative video. I was happy to see you recommend quinine as I use tonic water when I start to cramp. I have found that too much coffee during the day pretty much is the culprit in my leg cramps. I am especially sensitive to brewed coffee the stronger brews being worse. I am thinking this is due to the dehydration coffee causes. So when I get these cramps in the upper thigh I will drink a few glasses of tonic water mixed with regular water., Cold packs do not help me, however, a hot pack does help tremendously. Thank you.
