I have had insomnia since having my children. It has been 28 years. I’d given up trying to find a way to sleep as nothing seemed to work. Then I came across Dr. Bergs YouTube videos about Intermittent Fasting. They appealed to me because they are short, to the point, and backed up by recent scientific evidence. I started watching more and more them, really getting interested in IF & Keto. I looked into the scientific evidence and loved everyone he said. It took a lot of getting used to because he overturns all the traditional advice and information shared. I wasn’t even looking for sleep-related links to IF & Keto, but I realized that suddenly I was sleeping! I was shocked that I’d had a full nights of sleep. I waited just in case it was a fluke but it isn’t. And it must be because of IF & Keto as nothing else has changed. This has revolutionised my life. I have more energy and I’m a lot calmer and it’s even easier to do IF & Keto. I’m now doing OMAD and feel amazing. I want everyone to know about it.
