Two years ago, I was over 200 pounds and had a bad liver (blood count bad). First, I tried taking Milk thistle and lemon water in the morning. Then I started the Keto. The first two weeks were tough, but after giving up my bread, waffles, and all grains, my life changed and my hunger stopped. I ate two meals and no snacks. For four months, I did this, ate two good meals and lost 30 pounds, and dropped 2 dress sizes! Then I added intermittent fasting, pushing those two meals closer together, sometimes only having one meal. I dropped another 15 pounds. My doctor was shocked because I am 56 and going through menopause. I shared all the information I got from Dr. Berg. I’ve learned so much from Dr. Berg! Gluten is very bad for me and GMO foods are why people say there’s nothing wrong with certain foods, but they aren’t the same as they were 50 years ago. They were genetically modified! It’s been two years since I started this journey. I'm on a healthy Keto and you can afford it because I eat less and feel so much better! My goal was to weigh 155, I’m 5’7” and I’m almost there. Even better than looking good I feel great and have lots of energy!
