5/2019 to 10/2019 -283lbs to 230lbs - jog 10 to 5 miles weekly - fast up to 82+ hours every other week depending on how I feel -one meal every 48+ hours.. veggies, ACV, water, lemon, fish, fatty beef, pork, Dr. Berg's keto kit, no sugar, no breads, no pasta.. I hate wearing 3X clothes all the time.. I get on the scale once a month. If I feel like I’m plateauing I fast longer..
