Sir, I have been following the 16/8 intermittent fasting routine. Luckily, I got used to the pattern easily and was able to get rid of the intense hunger pangs after the first 10 days. After about 15 days in, I decided to go on a 5 day fast but could complete only 4 days. That helped me with another 1.5 kgs. I kept doing bodyweight exercises at home as I could not go to the gym with covid being really bad here in India. Then roughly around the month mark, I did another 2 days fast. In total, I lost over 11 kgs in a bit over 2 months. At about 4 months in now, I've come down from 85.5kgs to 69.5 kgs. My goal is 65 kgs(I'm 5ft 10"). I keep taking my vitamins and make sure I'm eating healthy. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I have shared this with my friends and family who have seen my weight loss and have managed to put 4 more people on this diet just because they were inspired by my results. Stay safe and blessed Sir.
