Around mid February of 2021, I finally decided that I wanted to get rid of my excessive weight for good. I had been overweight for more than 15 years and I had tried numerous exercises and diet but to no avail. Listening from my friend about ‘Intermittent Fasting’, I began to research about it and very first recommendation that came was of Dr. Eric Berg. Not only I got information I was looking for, but also found this reservoir of free information and knowledge: What to eat, what not to, what to look for in your diet, how to get yourself towards keto diet and ketosis. Dr. Berg’s information was so simple yet so effective, I began to follow a keto diet along with intermittent fasting. I also added walking & jogging to my daily physical activity. When I started on February 14th 2021, I weighed in at 101 kilograms approx. Now, at 18th June 2021, my weight is 75.7 kilograms. Best part is, throughout this journey I have felt no weakness, no side effects that one usually feels from a typical diet. Hence, I would like to thank Dr. Eric Berg and I always recommend him to my peers who are inspired by my journey because Dr. Berg is the reason why I was able to achieve what I have relatively easy.
