My weight loss Journey - David Green

First of all, I'm not going to say that what works for me may work for others. As I am aware, different people have different types of metabolism. But here is my story. I have struggled with different weight loss regiments for a loooooooonnng while. I have always tried different methods like exercising and lowering my food intake but it rarely makes a difference. I believe it was around 3 years ago I was introduced to Dr. Eric Berg's Keto program, and trust me it works. With a lot of self-discipline and reconstruction of my kitchen(wink wink-Literally), I was able to clear the clutter of foods which was contributing to my constant weight gain. These were a lot of high carbs of course and followed Mr. Berg's step-by-step guide combined with intermittent and voila! I began to lose weight. I believed I shocked my body in the process and forced it to utilize the fat stored as oppose to using sugar where my energy normally comes from. It has been amazing. In one week alone I lost 15 LB, and now at 160 being 5'6.
