My Transformation - 55 Days - From 66kgs / 145 LBS to 58 KGS / 127 LBS Waist: 31 inch/ 78 cms to 28 inch/ 71 cms Keto Diet - IF ( intermittent fasting) - One Meal a Day and 1 hour daily workout!!! 55 days ago I was skeptical about this diet but I decided to go for it and I couldn't be more thankful. I feel full of energy, I can play with my 2 year old son as long as I want, I don't feel tired, I don't have backaches anymore, I am so fresh and ready to go all the times.. Yes, I had to endure the pain of waking up at 5:30am, working out ( dumbbells) and go through initial keto phase but now I don't feel craving of sugar,carbs,ice creams etc... It is all gone! Eating one meal a day has become a norm for me and my body has accepted it . I'm planning to join a Gym and accordingly add carbs to my diet if it is required for muscle gain.
