My Success story with keto and IF

I have never imagined I would go on diet my entire life, this is the first myth. I always thought my bloating issue was to be treated with meds and my heartburn has to be solved with antacids, and this is the second myth. We were skeptical with certain information to live with, and studies that make you feel you have to publish again and again as if you are paid deja to do this job, yes, they are marketing for bad ideas once and we are helping them to market it hundred times and for free, making us held accountable to do so. You feel ashamed if you don't tell people about the findings, about the importance of eating 3 meals and sometimes 6 meals per day, don't stop eating, otherwise, you will get sick, even dream of eating. Maybe they want to shut up our mouth, who knows. I graduated from nursing school, fortunately, and unfortunately. True, proud to be a nurse, but not proud of how my brain was full of junk stuff, not only that but also responsible to educate my patients with info that was ruining their lives somehow. To talk short, I remember I was 57 last in 2019 at some point I hit 70 kg, due to many reasons in one year 2020, and not because of the corona, I had 2 meals per day, full of carbs but free of fat, I exercised from time to time, but unable to lose the extra weight I had, I was not convinced that you need any dietician to teach how to do your body job and to know your body, I assumed I know a lot and what I know is enough to help myself get rid of extra weight, I heard about keto and I watched my friend eating keto meals, and I said to myself, poor lady, here it comes another diet another hope another failure. This will not help. Until I met Dr berg on YouTube, I started to link many info I was taught in nursing school to the info he was giving, alhamdulillah I had the rationale and I started to search more, dr berg talked to my mind and filled the gaps info I had previously, I went through intermittent fasting and semi keto for a period of time when my symptoms started to disappear, I knew it is the right track I am following. I lost 11 kg alhamdolillah, still on semi keto almost 95 % keto and IF not for losing weight but for healthy, GI symptoms free, over all wellbeing and fitness.
