I've stumbled upon doctor Berg's channel during the lockdown ( April 2020 ).
At that time I was eating a lot of carbs bread pizza you name it then I decided to go on keto + If with two meals a day and fasting for 20 hours.
I worked my way gradually to OMAD and periodic prolonged fasting ( +72 h ). I've lost about 30 kg and gained some muscles in the last three years.
I feel great both mentally and physically. The world without people like dr berg is a scary place where it is hard to find the right information to navigate life. The most important thing is that I feel confident to overcome any health issues by simply having the appropriate knowledge.
Thanks dr. Berg I'll be always grateful.
