Hi Dr. Berg, I tend to eat around 18:00 to 19:00 lately but for a long time I did it around 20:00 to 21:00 but thought it might be a bit late as I didn’t feel I was losing weight so dropped to an earlier time which I’m now feeling is more suited. I did even go 66 hours on one of my sessions as I wasn’t hungry and thought I’ll try and do a 72 hour fast but someone asked me out to eat so I went, if I hadn’t been asked I would have lasted 72 hours easy but since then, I have found it hard to do but will get around to do it again soon. It’s not just fasting that I do, I tend to throw in keto at the same time like just eat meat and veg or meat and scrambled eggs or omelettes. I had an accident and nearly died back in Oct. 2019 and took me a long time to get over it. I stayed home for months and then the pandemic kept me off my feet for even longer due to being vulnerable, so been nearly 2 years, I had a stint of hospital stays but the last one was January 2021 which I was 101 kg when I had an accident. I was 80kg as was doing IF and lost 10kg. Anyway, January 2021, 101kg and now lost 11kg I’m now 90kg. I think as I only weigh myself 1st of every month so could be lighter or wishful thinking but I hope on Sept. 1st. I would love to be 88kg, my friend keeps saying I’ve lost loads so let’s see in few days, so yes once a day for me is good so will try to keep it going, every now and then I have a weak day and may have ice cream but still do the IF even I drop of the keto, sorry if I have bored you and just to give a clearer picture.
