I first heard about keto in 2013. I bought the book "The 7 principles of fat burning" by Eric Berg while visiting the US. Many years passed before I finally decided to complete reading the book and also start on the diet of the book. This included apples at the time and as I loved fruit it was a hit for me. I started and went from 110 kg to 103 kg then it sort of stalled again. Another year passed and then one of my Facebook friends send me a mini-course on messenger on the newer keto and intermittent fasting program. I started keto on and off but did not really manage to lose stable weight and found my self breaking the program. Christmas 2021 was the date that caused me to go all-in for it. I went on 2 meals a day. I don't do well on carbs below 50 grams so that's what I have done. The full success started when I also added exercise by walking every day for about one hour. My weight today is 79 kg. I still want to lose about 5 to 7 kg and the target will be completed. Thank you, Dr. Berg for your inspiration. Ml Rita Laila Jensen.
