My keto journey guided by Dr. Berg

My story started back in 2017 when my fat started to accumulate around my chest and hips.
Some info about me: male, born 1981
Started to go to the gym and exercise by following the usual told diet (high protein). However, in a year's time results were more muscle but fats never gone!
In May 2018, I bumped into one of Dr. Berg's videos about the ketogenic diet and how insulin and growth hormones work, so I kinda had a better logical understanding and from there I spent 2 weeks watching and studying the keto diet and by June 1st, 2018, I started my keto journey with intermittent fasting (back then I was 82 kg). I lost 9 kg in the first month and another 12 kg in the 2nd and 3rd month so in total, I’ve lost 22 kg and I maintained that following the ketogenic lifestyle.
Thanks Dr. Berg for inspiring me and for all the info that you’ve shared for free.. You’re the main reason for that success and some credit goes to my will lol.
