My Journey Has Just Begun

So I have a similar story to a lot of great people here.

I have a family and a lot of stress with work, life, and pain from my younger days s an athlete.

My diet was okay but I was stuck at 237 pounds, and at 5 feet 11 inches, I knew this was too much. I was consuming at lot of sugars from simple to complex carbs. I've had 2 back surgeries and have has a lot of chronic pain. I followed Dr. Berg and a lot of his great advice; OMAD, very little sugars and carbs, eating healthy unprocessed foods, taking multivitamins, and most importantly, the great foods that helps us such as olive oil, apple cider vinegar, ginger, lemon juice, turmeric, honey, and much more.

I'm now at 219 pounds and my goal is 190. I'm 53 now but most people think I'm 37 or so. I love the new me and my positive energy is addicting to people around me. I'm so much happier now than 2 months ago. Thank you for reading.
