So far, I've lost 30lb in about a month by fasting (I'm including the ups and down). I've taken some time to look into Medical Journalism and already understand what the body needs. As someone who works from home in a basement, I sit a lot and have over 4 monitors surrounding me. I use to weigh 240 and was losing weight while exercising and dieting but with working from home, depression, and just caving into cravings, I reached 317 lbs. I have a daughter and need to invest more so in myself and create financial savings so I started focusing on the cost of living and what resources I have. So far my diet is more greener than usual with different protein options. I don't drink much water but to have liquids like green tea or a mix of boiled ginger, turmeric, and half a stick of cinnamon and prep every so often a bone broth. So far, I can't complain as I'm noticing more personal positivity and keep on finding way to improve this way. Only thing I need to do is get more sleep.
