My name is Vicky, I am a mother of 11 living children, lost two a little while after birth and one at 3 months. Due to having 4 children in about 5 years, I put on a lot of weight finding out some years later due to hormonal imbalance. Have always eaten fairly healthy, over the years growing our own meat, milking our own cow and goats for milk, etc., and veggies. Buying organic grain and milling it ourselves fresh for bread and cooking. I found I started craving and eating a lot of sugary foods. After my first loss and overtime putting on weight I couldn’t get off anymore. I am 5 ft and was up to a size 16. I went to naturopaths to help balance my hormone issues which helped. I tried keto (not Dr. Berg’s), ABC drops (hormone-free in Au) to some success. Since coming across Dr. Eric Berg’s videos from doing research into keto, I found he just made sense and was easy to understand. I realized my issue was insulin resistance was the basis of my issue of health and weight. So I went. Straight onto keto and intermittent fasting doing two meals a day. My focus has been to get healthy first and then worry about the weight. I have been doing it since April this year and feeling much better. I love my salads I feel so clean inside and light. I am comfortably wearing a size 12. I love chopping up kale, cabbages, beetroot, carrot, radish, onion, garlic, capsicum, celery, cucumber, and fresh herbs in my salads and sometimes nuts. I have made the bread recipe and add seasonings in it or olives, I toast it and put a good amount of butter on with fresh avocado or guacamole to eat with my salad or salad with some meat and fat. I am very thankful to you Dr. Berg for being a blessing and helping me after many years of trying different things to achieve no real success. Kind regards, Vicky
