My Indian vegetarian transformation story, Lost 22 kg in 10 weeks

My name is Pranav Naik, I am 27 years old, I live in Jalgaon, Maharashtra, India. Being a Software Engineer, I know the motivation & struggles mean in one’s life. Now, when people see my new body transformation, they kept asking the same question about my motivation. It all started in Jan 2021 when I went rock climbing and I was left behind since I was not able to climb.
Life before making my weight loss story:
I was 110 Kilograms by 30 January 2021 and was looking for a way to work on this. Two options were there my way back then, join the gym or balanced dieting. I had opted for later because I had already joined Gym many times since my school days. But, I joined it only to leave the very next month or before. I followed different diet plans, it help me lose some weight but I use to regain the weight as soon as I stopped.
Opting for healthy keto and IF with Indian food:
In the first week of February 2021, my friend shared intermittent fasting videos of Dr. Eric Berg. Videos were so informative to the point and inspiring, I started binge-watching videos for every problem there is Dr. Eric Berg's video available. I started intermittent fasting starting with 12 hours fast and slowly I did changes in my diet. Replaced wheat flour with keto flour and I focused more on eating low carbs’ food. Mushroom, Bell Peppers, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Green Beans, Papaya, etc. became my best food friends. After 3 weeks, I was able to achieve 18 hours of Intermittent fasting with 6 hours of eating window.
Mistakes I made:
1. Skipping salad caused constipation
2. Lack of green salad and trace minister
3. No exercise at all. Eventually, I succeeded to add 6-8 bowls of salad to the meal. And after 6 weeks I was doing OMAD without any cravings.
This was my biggest achievement by this time I already lost 10 kg and these visible results inspired me to make healthy keto + IF + 1-hour exercise is my normal lifestyle. By end of the 10th week, I was 88 kg. A big thanks to Dr. Eric Berg who's videos have the solution for all my health problems. My advice to all overweight/diabetic people is to go watch Dr. Eric Berg's YouTube channel, you will get answers to all your questions.
