My health was slowly but surely becoming a trainwreck

In May 2019 I have started a new journey - the Keto diet. I was 65 years old, retired, and had gone to the dentist for the first time in a while. When she told me I needed a root canal and deep cleaning, I started doing some research for myself, because I was determined I wasn't getting a root canal!
Here is a list of things that were going on with my body then:
1. Lots of fat around my stomach and hips
2. Lots of sagging skin in these same areas
3. Loss of bone in my upper jaw due to 1.5 years of wearing braces and inadequate minerals
4. Gingivitis and deep pockets around several teeth
5. A filling had fallen out of a front tooth and the enamel had been further eaten away up into the gum line (this was where I had the loss of jawbone)
6. Canker sores
7. Sties on eyelids
8. Sinus infections
9. Floaters when I closed my eyes in bright light
10. Flashers at peripheral of my vision
11. Blindspot in my left eye
12. My vision that had been stable for 10 years (I'm nearsighted) suddenly got much worse
13. Eye infections
14. Had trouble sleeping and staying asleep (racing thoughts)
15. Symptoms of hypothyroidism such as feeling excessively cold, hands and fingers that always felt cold in winter, and feeling super tired. I even LOOKED tired.
16. Arthritic pain in my left ankle (which has a screw in it since age 16), my left knee (especially when descending stairs) and left hip
17. Sharp pains in my hands sometimes when I'd been using them a lot
18. Toenail fungus
19. Would get a purple spot on my arm just from getting poked by a tree branch
20. Developed painful cracks on my fingers next to nail in very cold weather
21. Floating stools
22. Frequent heartburn
23. Would often have trouble swallowing when eating dinner... pyloric valve wouldn't open
24. Forgetfulness... I'd walk into a room to get something and completely forget why I went in there
25. My nails wouldn't grow during winter
26. I developed a patch of spider veins next to my nose
Before I started my journey back to health, I was drinking a glass of wine with dinner every night. After watching many of your videos Dr. Berg, I'm sure I had fatty liver disease. I started following your dietary and supplement recommendations, doing intermittent fasting and high-intensity interval training. I also got rid of all toxic personal care products. I'm happy to say that just about all of the problems I'd been having are gone and I FEEL HEALTHY. I walked through this pandemic only wearing a mask if I was forced to and leaving my nose uncovered...and never got sick I can now walk for 40 minutes without stopping at a very fast pace. I recently slipped and fell on my stairs which produced a huge bruise and bump on my arm. It usually takes about 3 weeks for such an injury to heal but I healed in less time than that. I still have some loose skin, the spider veins on my face and sometimes I have a problem swallowing when I eat at the mall. But, I'm doing pretty great for a 67 years old. I thank God I found you, Dr. Berg. I've always been impressed with the research you do for your videos. Thank you for providing an alternative to drug pushing, surgery pushing mainstream doctors!
