My name is Mark. I'm 22. I'm from Siberia, precisely Novokuznetsk city. I discovered this type of diet through my own searches of vitamins, exercises, and health in general. And then I bumped into Dr. Berg's videos and some of my statements and food preferences were quite similar, so I decided to look through Dr. Berg's explanations on the different types of problems. My height is almost 190 cm and my weight was about 65 cm, some people can call me thin and weak due to looking at only measures of these two parameters but that's false because I can easily do about 30 pull-ups and 65 push-ups at a time. (By the way, I'm sorry for my English but I'm Russian and still studying English in university) But I had health problems such as tiredness, insomnia, boredom( u can call it depression). Well, honestly this is a big problem to describe it because I hardly know that names in English that's why I mentioned language as Russian. So it was just egg pine nuts, peanuts, crucifirous (radish, cabbage, daikon, broccoli) because I realized that my body time is ovarian, so I started to eat more cheese, oils aand butter (olive, grape oil, sunflower seeds, bbuckthorn, flax seed oil and nurition and vitamins A+E and flax seed oil), duck, chicken, cod iver, calamari and of course a lot of different kinds of vegetables and fruits, specially lemon an ginger. I started my diet about two weeks ago. Firstly, it was very hard for me, because I used to it a lot of cbh such as noodles, rice, chips, potato, beans with meat and a lot of different sweets, starting from plain Nesquik chocolate ending creamy cake. Then it was much worse and I also feel cold all over the time, then I also caught hard flu, well, it's my fault I was walking in the rain, and then the next day I also was playing football under the very cold rain. I got some spasms and headaches and strong ribcage neurology so I felt like my heart is slowing and I'm dying also I experienced a lot of fears and hallucinate but then I recover really fast. And now I get rid of old spasms which I've got due to sitting at the computer for a long period of time and also I feel like my eyesight was improved ( it was -3.25 dpt but now my glasses for me is too sharp, I dont know precise results but now I can type this text without glasses, the last time I could do it was about 7 years ago) and my sinus breath improved as well (earlier I felt dryness, and ask our local doctors for help, they check all organs and made full diagnostics but my analyses were excellent and they always were excellent but I felt very bad last time and can not figure out the reason, psychiatrist diagnosed me something like neurootic disorer but I can not believe that something wrong with me and especially with my nerve system I always was in clear mind and never smoke and drink alcohol and have bad habits exceptionally food that I ate (non stop pizza, burgers and some delivery staff like sushi (that it's actually healthy but not with that type of quality that restaraunts do) Well, that's good question I just ate all healthy that I had and then try to fast as much as possible. Usually, I also do fasting but I drink a lot of water for example 3-5 liters per day and the quality of that water wasn't so good and now I feel that water as metal one (it has so metalic taste) No, they don't because I did them early too and it doesn't affect too much I ate very big portions of keto and use all my willing power to be on the diet as long as I could but as I realized now that without cbh it's also a very bad state for health you should eat right cbh and everything will be ok. Start slowly, more vegetables, and don't try to overwork yourself - keep the balance! All paragraphs were made as answers to questions that related in top topic. Thank you so much for your attention!
