In the beginning, lol just kidding at the start of the year I was overweight. I was starting my 30th year and I was not satisfied with myself I went to the internet as all people do. This time but instead of watching meaningless videos, I found your page and I started watching it for a month before I made any move. On the 1st of February, I started a personal One Meal a Day challenge with myself and it was to last for 28 days, at the end of that I was about 10 pounds lighter more focused and to add to that I stop drinking sugary drinks and consume less calories. I felt amazing months later I still fast not as extreme as the OMAD but I get at least 20 hours of fast in and it is amazing how I am keeping off the weight I lost over 30lb of body fats and it is thanks to you, Dr. Berg. I watched all your videos and you're an inspiration. You seem to practice what you preach. I see your videos from back then and you actually look younger than before. I want to even start a challenge all thanks to you, Doc Berg.
