Greetings from Finland. First of all, I'm glad that our food is much cleaner than American. We don't have nearly as many problems with various additives as you do. I've been doing keto for years. Even when I was a child, I didn't enjoy candy. I was offered it and I sometimes ate it because other kids did. Transition away from sugars wasn't that hard. The keto I did was dirty keto. I have never been overweight. I was feeling pretty good.

In the beginning of this year, I found your videos. I dropped as much of additives, pesticides, processed foods and bad fats, as I could. I started doing 20 hours intermitted fasting and a 3 day fast every 4-6 weeks. I started feeling even better. My weight dropped from 75 kg to 67 kg (I'm 182 cm tall). All my cravings are gone. I have much more energy for sports (running and muay thai). I sleep better. I eat lots of pizza, hamburgers and other satisfying foods. Thank you for this content. It increased my health a lot! I attached a picture of nice Sunday meal. My girlfriend also started following your advice.
