At the end of May, I attended my cousins' wedding and when the photographs came out, I was stunned to see how large I had become; Felt that something had to be done about it, but what? I had tried all the diets known to man, but my weight increased year on year. I suffer from a thyroid condition and blamed this for causing my slow metabolism. I knew all about nutrition or so I thought, being an NHS nurse for thirty years and some but I kept putting kgs on.

During the covid outbreak, I was dealing with very worrying and heartbreaking situations, and now I realize that I was stressed eating. The scales grew cobwebs and I was oblivious to them. I stopped watching the news and found Dr. Berg on YouTube by sheer accident and what he was saying made sense, so I gave it a go.

I am now 42lbs lighter and feeling much healthier. BP lowered and foot pain reduced greatly. I do IF but only did this after one month on Keto. I have found alternatives for treats including low sugar chocolate and do a fast keto bread recipe in 90 seconds using the microwave.

It's a way of life now and easier to follow than most "diets". I have had a few slow weeks but stuck with it and figured out what was causing this, Thanks to Dr. Berg's tutorials...Give it a go...you have nothing to lose but pounds.
