More energy and feel great!!!

I had heard about Keto for some time, but it took one of Dr. Berg's short videos on Odysee to really get through to me. As a male pushing 50, my BMI was not great nor was my blood pressure. Simple plain speaking from Dr. Berg made it easy to understand how the body adapts to burning fat as a more efficient fuel source than carbs. Also, learning that insulin spikes every time you eat, including snacks, really helped me focus on intermittent fasting (usually one meal at noon each day).

Added benefit is that, I'm rarely hungry between these meals! Keto+IF, combined with better water intake, no caffeine, no alcohol, and more exercise, has helped me lose 10% of my body weight (down 20 lbs) in the first month. I'm working on increasing muscle mass without blowing ketosis, but very happy with the results thus far. Thank you!
