Massive change in 4 months

Over 25 years, my weight went from 180 to 235 and continued to climb. I had all the symptoms of diabetes. Aches, 2 long naps a day, blurred vision, tingling, etc. 18 months ago, I was diagnosed as Type II with blood sugar at 135. I got no advice other than it’s all in the carbs. There’s lots of advice out there but my wife stumbled on Dr. Berg’s TikTok videos 4 months ago.

Day 1: I removed inflammatories, wheat, toxic GMO foods, started a 14/8 fast, started using apple cider vinegar, and taking healthy carb supplements.

Day 3: Most of my symptoms were gone and you could see that I lost weight. I had a huge surge of energy.

Four months later my weight dropped 40lbs (probably all from inflammation), and my blood sugar is 97. I never struggled to lose weight. My cells are not healed yet and I’m still working on it. I love my diet changes and I'm never hungry or have cravings. Eating the food I gave up makes me feel sick. The moral of my story is to get educated on how your body works. Find a teacher you understand and trust by proof.
