Lost Hope of a good night sleep till Dr. Berg

For as long as I could remember I've never been able to sleep at night and would always be lacking sleep no matter how many hours I devote to sleeping in the morning.
For the most part it seemed that no matter water I do I'm always depleted from energy. I've had many blood tests done and nothing showed out of the ordinary. Everything checked out fine. And so in my desperate attempts to find some reason for what I was going through, I thought maybe it was due to old age (even though I'm now only 40 years old and this problem I've been going through since my mid 20s). I thought perhaps it's due to weight issues. However, I'm now more than I've ever been in my life (MBI 24, Body Fat % is 20).
I've come across Dr. Berg's classes on a good night sleep and learned about Potassium and Magnesium before sleep and Tryptophan. And Vitamin D in the morning. I've learned about intermittent fasting and tool a leap of faith and started taking these supplements just before sleep and in the morning.
I kept off food and fasted till some time in the afternoon allowing myself to only eat from 6-10pm. And was shocked how instant the results were! For the first time since I could remember, I could have a good night sleep. Wake up so fresh and full of energy. Would make it to work on time and my energy levels would not drop around 12pm like it used to but on the contrary I would stay active way pass the evening. I've even started working out and would actually SEE my muscles get defined in a way they never have before. I'm so grateful to the good Dr. as without his classes I had completely lost hope of having a normal active life. Now it feels I'm reborn. I feel so much better. Never dreamed of having this.
