Lost 65 lbs and kept it off

I went on the keto diet for 6 months and was able to lose 65lbs and keep it off. With the help of Dr. Berg's knowledge about the biological mechanisms behind the keto diet, I was able to better plan my meals and control my weight. Intermittent fasting was also a big part of my success, as well as lots of hiking.
I had fatty liver and needed to lose weight to bring down my liver enzymes. I was able to do that to allow my liver to heal. I have just started keto again with the goal of losing an additional 20lbs after taking about 2 months off from keto but continuing to watch carb intake and doing intermittent fasting.
Thanks for the knowledge, I want to continue my health journey and help other people start theirs as well. I am always sharing the information I learned from Dr. Berg with other people. Thanks!
