Lost 60 pounds - a life altering way.

The ketogenic diet is not a diet for few days. It is a way of life. I have followed Dr. Berg's advice from his videos on youtube & his website. What I like most about Dr. Berg, is that he doesn't just say 'do this or do that' he goes into the details of human body, how it works and why what he is recommending works. He is not shy of correcting himself, he is open and honest about what he believed in the past and how new research has proven otherwise. His pragmatic approach to the Ketogenic diet and Intermittent fasting is absolutely fantastic. I followed Ketogenic diet and Intermittent fasting (16:8) & results are in the photos. I was out of breath going up and down one flight of stairs & now I can run up and down 10 times without thinking twice about it. Blood pressure is normal, BMI in healthy range, I find my self to be more attentive & full of energy. The lethargy has completely disappeared. I have lost 60 pounds (27 Kilos) from 215 (97kg) to 155 (70kg) and shaved 6 inches off my waist, from 39 inches to 33 inches. I cant thank Dr Berg enough for this dramatic change in my life. I would recommend his teachings to everyone willing to follow. Thanks Nilesh
