Lost 6 lbs in 11 days

Started watching all his videos, the first one being on Intermittent Fasting. I'm from France where bone marrow, lentils, liver, and other super foods are part of our monthly diet. But I was listening to Americans regarding delaying meals, not my body. I'm 50 and 5'2, and 125 lbs. I developed a "pooch" with age on my lower belly, which I hated. I listened to my body instead after understanding the benefits of fasting and now my body looks 30 again!!!
Dr. Berg, all doctors in America should have your knowledge. I am so happy and I watch many other videos from you. I do not understand why American sauces and dressings taste like sugar, they are DISGUSTING, especially American potato salad...ewwww....GROSS! Anyway, thank for your knowledge and fascinating videos on the break-down of what happens to our body on a cellular level when we eat certain foods. That's what got my attention!!!
