Lost 42 pounds so far. I have about 10 lbs to go but I'm starting to lose the most important body part to my hubby so I need to STOP losing the weight and concentrate on targeting the areas that are left that I still want to lose. My question is: I work out regularly but I'm not seeing a difference in my targeted hard to lose areas. How do you STOP losing weight while in keto and target those hard to lose areas?
