Hi! I am a fan of Dr. Berg on Youtube so I heard him talking about the keto diet and all that does concern this diet. I have decided to begin to practice it as a regime style knowing all the rules, what to eat and when to eat. And after 3 months, I lost 20kg without feeling hungry or tired, with full-body sport twice a week and the most important is the intermittent fasting time.
This message is written just to say thank you Dr. Berg for all your Infos about health, and to share my story also for those who still holding those extra kilos and don't know what to do, let us eat to live and not live to only eat... thank you! Best Regards
