Lost 14 kg weight as per Dr Berg advice

I was 86 kg on Nov. 20 and tried losing weight by reducing food, walking, etc. it did not work. Then tried Dr. Berg's advice on intermittent fasting. Breakfast at 9 with 1 chapati and peanut butter and tea, full lunch at 2 pm. In the evening small piece of bottle gourd boiled juice at 5 pm then wheatgrass juice at 7 pm, nothing else. As advised, kept 18-19 hours of fasting with no food from 2pm till 9 am. I lost 14 kg in last 4/5 months. Thanks Dr Berg for the advice on intermittent fasting process.
