Losing Weight

Hi Dr. Berg, after watching your videos, I tried to delay my breakfast for the first 2 months. Occasionally, I would skip breakfast but sometimes I will have snacks between lunch and dinner time. Anyway, my first step was just to shorten my dieting time into 8 hours and I was successful. The effect was quite obvious my belly became smaller. In the 2nd week, my second step was to try to eat more especially more fats/ oils during lunch and dinner and avoiding snacking. I think this was miracle that eventually I became full easily even I ate less and I don't feel hungry during the non-diet-16-hour. 2 months ago, I weighed 180 lbs but 170lbs now. More importantly, my temper significantly turns better during the fasting + ketones diet. Love it. Thank you very much! Stef
