Hi, I'm Majal, 42 years old from the Philippines. After giving birth in 2004, my 27 inches waistline has reached its reverse, yes... 42 inches as I aged. 

In truth, the 37 inches waistline was already a disappointment. Therefore, going to the gym, joining zumba class at 5:00 in the morning, eating less (but always with rice and colas) as well as biking thrice a week became part of my regimen. With all these things, the biggest reduction in my weight was only 3 kgs. I’ve tried slimming teas and pills but it made me awake the entire day and caused my heart to palpitate, thus I stopped. 

I sadly expected the fact that I'll be fat forever and should let go of my precious clothes collection since my university days. 

Last December 2020, I came across a video of an Indian yoga guru. He discussed fasting and its benefits to the mind and body. I got very curious that I searched the internet for an equivalent explanation by a medical professional- that’s where I found the videos of Dr. Eric Berg on the IF + keto diet. Since the discussions were all scientific, I did not waste a single day reading more about it and applying its principles. 

I started my IF + keto journey last January 14, 2021. I was 74 kgs heavy then. By February 10, my weight has significantly reduced to 69 kgs!!! I was so excited that I continued on with the program. 

By March 16, I reached the bodyweight of 66 kgs and now I am aiming to have it at 60 kgs before this month of June ends. With the IF + keto diet, I shed a lot of weight. I am feeling better and more confident, happier and healthier too. My maintenance medications (Amlodipine and Metformin) were already stopped by my Doctor who also practices IF + keto) as my monthly results became "good."
