Hi everyone!

I have been following Dr. Berg's posts on Facebook for about 4 weeks. During this time, I became increasingly confident in deciding to embark on a life-changing decision to regain control of my eating habits. I think I hit rock bottom as I was really lost as to what to do due to the conflicting information out there and the feelings of helplessness.

Lucky, I decided to take a leap of faith and be guided by Dr. Berg's tutorials. I decided to do OMAD and jump straight into it. The first three days were really hard. I definitely started feeling my body changing and by the fourth and fifth day, I was amazed that I began to not feel hungry and I could go through the whole day with ease.

By day 17, I had lost 12 kg and my whole mindset changed. I feel really energetic and can’t believe how quickly my body has adapted. I am so grateful that there are still people out there like Dr. Berg because without his help through his easy to comprehend information that he posts, I would still be lost. Thanks!
