A while ago in 2014 I started to workout and try to be healthier, so I signed up for a gym and workout every day. I didn’t know about food or carbohydrates or protein so they told me to buy Whey protein to get muscles and eat big - like sandwiches, burgers, snacks, etc.  Anytime I could eat I should go for it and I did - I've been eating all kinds of food until 2018. All these four years i felt lazy and tired all the time and my body was getting worse. Like literally I couldn’t get anything good from the workout because of what I was eating. When I started to watch Dr. Berg's Channel, I started to write notes and rewatch the videos over and over and learning. I've been doing every little advice and day after day I felt more alive. No more stomach ache, no more heartburn, no more headache and my skin changed to baby skin so soft so clean. I started to help my family and my friends and share all Dr. Berg videos and I felt so happy to help others too.
