First of all, thank you for putting your content for free. I'm really glad I found it about 5 months ago when Ramadan was almost ending. I realized that I dry fast for an entire month and nothing had changed about my weight so something was definitely wrong. And after finding out about your channel and learning about fasting and keto, I started seeing how bad the food I was consuming was, the food that we consume in Algeria ( North African country) can be extremely heavy on carbs and most of it comes from bread sadly. Anyway, I followed your advice and changed my entire diet, and also started water fasting every day. I weighed 87.7 kg by the end of Ramadan, after 2 months of intermittent fasting and a keto diet I got to 72kg so that's about 16 kg And I never felt better, my energy levels are stable all day. I no longer eat at night and just fall to sleep directly so this allowed me to study better. 3 months later, I'm still at that same weight, and I enjoy my one meal so much It feels as if everything tastes better now.Thank you so much, Dr. Berg
