Low carb. diet helps me fight daytime fatigue

For a few years, I’ve been facing daytime fatigue. After changing to low carb diet, especially in breakfast without a high carb. eg; bread/noodle/rice, but just roughly 1/2 fibre veggie; 1/4 good fat; 1/4 protein eg egg with the not-overcooked yolk. I could reduce visceral fat from 14 to 9, and no more daytime fatigue. Thanks Dr. Berg.
